Auto-generatedWhat's up, guys? We're back on the pod today. We're at Dick's House of Sports. I feel like it's my second home.
Wait, wait, wait. We're back for the first time of 2026.
Oh, that's right.
And we started off at our home.
All right, here we go. Start again. Ready?
No, no, that's that's the start. [laughter]
Andre, thank you for the invite again. You just came from the game in in um in Arizona. uh you were reporting live that for the handle for live
but you're back now here at work and um pushing the community forward like you always do always appreciate that. Tell us a little bit about what we're experiencing here today.
Well, first of all, it's great to be back in Miami. Nothing like the 305. Uh today's a special day. Today's a special day. We get to welcome Paola um who is from For Life. So, we had the honor of presenting a $10,000 check to her nonprofit organization.
And we got the whole community over here. We got a golf tournament going on right now. Closest to the pin.
Don't don't don't let Bonito go and hit.
We can't We can't let Bonito play. You know, win this whole thing. [laughter]
But there's so much going on. We have closest to the pin, we have a chureri cart. We have mocktails from Juice Fo over here sampling off some drinks and then
you get to do rock climbing, play golf, and so much so much to do.
Talking about the chakuri cart, I I I would probably say a joke saying that he's had 10 of them.
I personally have 10 of them already. That's how good they were. [laughter] No, they're very good. They're actually perfect size.
Good, bro.
Juiceful. You know, everything's about health here at Ditch. And
our girl at
Juice Active Life. So, shout out
our girl at Juiceful. She loves us here. She's always shouting us out, man. Uh, great product.
Missing out on something. I don't have juice.
WE DON'T HAVE JUICE OVER HERE. We need juice.
No, this one's not hers. We'll get hers.
I'm calling back.
We need another We need another one for her.
We need another one for our friend Paula.
How are you, Paula? How's everything?
I'm wonderful. Wonderfully blessed. So glad to be here. Now we talking. Bring it on.
There we go.
What's this flavor? This looks good.
Gracias.
Like blueberry or something. No. Walking. Walk us through it.
I'mma save it till later.
Okay.
Tell tell everybody about about yourself. We walked in here early this morning.
Sure.
And I saw this beautiful activation with all these kids and and the golf going on and and you're obviously dressed apart and the the name is cool. What is exactly for life? Because it seems amazing. Well,
you're speaking to the mic golf.
Okay. So, there are a lot of people with this organization, but I'm also a professional golfer. I know you know everybody say Kyle's PGA, but I'm an LPGA professional. I'm also a member of the Legends Tour, the Legends of the LPGA. So, I'm still very competitive, but I've been truly blessed in this sport in all sports. I'm I'm a natural athlete, played everything, but golf is my last sport.
Wow. and playing golf, being involved in golf changed my life. And I wanted to take a game that I loved and make sure the kids that look like me get that same opportunity. And some 28 years ago, I started for life. Uh it was another organization. A lot of you probably don't know. I learned the game from a guy by the name of Joe Roach. He lived in Coconut Grove. and he came up at a time where blacks couldn't participate in playing tournaments and so forth. So I wanted to carry on his legacy and make sure that black and brown kids get to uh participate in golf. So that's what I've been about. That's what I've been about.
So So but take me back like how did you fall in love with the game? He he introduced it to you and
he didn't introduce it to me. I you know I I had a background before golf but I was in the financial services business for 17 years. I was a stock broker and I went to a sales conference one year and they made me play.
You just continue to get more and more interesting.
Well, you know,
what don't you do, girl?
I do it all. I love it.
I do it all. And I I put my I put 100% in everything I do.
So, I got introduced to the game and I'm like, this sport can't be this hard. And I just devoted my life to getting better,
you know. And
what's your game like? What numbers?
I'm a professional dog though.
Well, what's your handicap?
Well, I don't carry a handicap cuz I'm a pro. But I get the job done.
All right. I get the job done.
All right.
So, in other words, she can win this whole competition today.
Well, no, it's not about me. It's about the kids. They're going to win the competition. Need to compete in.
He shoots a great score. He shoots like a 120.
Oh my god. I don't want no part of that. [laughter]
I do the food. Don't worry about my game.
Life too short. I don't want to spend that. No.
How many years you got you been going doing this?
Uh 30 years.
30 years.
But we're missing New Years now. So 31 years I've been I've been playing the game about
and this this
and the kids that you have they get involved right away or they got to learn it first and then kind of
No, we you know it's our organization is a special organization. I want to get the clubs in their hands as soon as possible and they're competing. All the kids in the program know that one they're being trained to be a competitive golfer and two go to college. Now whether they play golf in college or not they going to college. How many kids do you have right now in the program?
I have about 80 kids that are registered. Maybe 50 60 come on a regular basis, but for life introduce thousands of kids a year through clinics and so forth to the game of golf.
Wow. And you operate mainly what in South Florida
and South Florida.
South Florida.
Kids come from West Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade County. I live I'm from the county of Day true 305.
Date County, baby.
True 305. And you know, they bring kids. I'm in Broward at the city of Lauder Hill. Lauder Hill Golf Course.
Oh, I love Lauder Hill.
I love Lauder Hill, too.
That's like the only place in Broward I go to. I don't really like that's Broward.
But there there are others. I mean, God put me at Lauder Hill Golf Course. I've been there 30 years and I get amazing support from the city of Lauder Hill. Without that support and support of other organizations like Dicks and Individuals, I couldn't do the job that I'm glad you said that cuz we just recently we had Fred Taylor here. You were taking pictures with. Talk to us about his involvement and support like that.
Well, I've known Fred. His his boys are in my program. He has two. Canon and Brilan are in the program. Brillan's aged out cuz he's 18 now. Okay.
But they come and I have a lot of other well-known people that supports this uh organization. LT was on my board, Lawrence Taylor, for many many years. We did his uh annual golf tournament for 16 years that supported for life.
Do you have the we the best logo? I'm assuming DJ Khaled, baby.
DJ Khaled, let's go. Amazing support. Let's go golfing. Amazing support.
Amazing guy, too. Right.
We did a clinic for 60 kids, inner city kids that he bought out to his tournament just so they can get that experience uh from Circle of Brotherhood. And it's been an amazing partnership because that just allows us to touch even more kids in the inner city.
Oh, that's amazing. I was going to I mean I think one of the biggest issues with golf on you know why maybe it hasn't reached you know the inner city kids etc. It's just it's a very expensive sport.
It really is. And to speak to that you know it historically golf has been a white man and rich man sport. I'm not white. I'm not rich and I'm not a man. But I have had wonderful opportunities in this game. So there's a way around the cost. That's what Forl Life does. We have an annual membership of $75 and if a kid can't pay it,
we find ways.
Wow.
Like we the best like this. They make that possible.
So, so, so I'm interested in guide me through that then. So, a kid gets registered,
pays the $75.
Mhm.
Uh, what does the program consist of? Is it like monthly training?
They get 380 hours of golf lessons a year.
Whether they come or not, we're there. So they pick, the parents pick the days that their kids come. We're there three, sometimes four days a week after school. In the summer, we're a summer program. The hours change, but every Saturday the kids that the competitive kids, sometimes they're at the golf course all day.
And you have what uh I guess I'm supposeding you have instructors that come and donate their time and volunteer.
We have paid instructors and we have a host of volunteers, coach moms and dads who want to learn the game of golf. We work with them. So they're able to help and assist. But when I tell you this organization is blessed. It is a blessed organization.
I mean, look at this. This is a testimony today of of everything that you've done for the last 30 years.
Through Andre Dicks on that tip.
How how did I connect with him? Well, I met him through Kyle.
And Kyle is another I have another kid that's a professional golfer. He's done some things with Kyle. He's in the PGA program now and and a product of this program. So you've had some stars come off some I was going to ask that like do you have like you have any like buddies they're like hotties
and at college on full rides they get you know college scholarships they go on whether they decide to play professionally or not or even play golf in college they're good people
they're good people and they're empowered with good decision making life skills so that they can succeed in whatever they want to do. But is there anyone you want to give a shout out to that's like your I don't want to say your favorite you know you know student that's nothing to the program but the one that stands out the most to you.
I have so many I have so many and it wouldn't be fair to the others to say that I'm not going to let you put me on the spot like that and I have to get out here and answer I I realize you're media trained as well.
Do you get that sense of accomplishment when you do see some kids that do push forward and
what's that feeling like? And it's this been it's been hundred thousands of kids that I've come in contact with in 30 years. And when I see them and they run up to me and they say coach Paula and I don't always remember but I'm like if they say coach Paula then that mean they have had some interaction with me through this program.
Yeah.
And I have amazing amazing staff. Coach Bob is here. Captain Elise Dillard is here. Some of my board members are here today. Again, the job doesn't get done just me. I got a host of people that support and believe.
Are you still playing or like actively playing?
Yeah, I'm I'm I try I'm on a tour. I play on the LPJ senior tour.
Wow. And uh you train the kids yourself or that's
hands on, but I can't be everywhere. That's why I need all the great instructors and volunteers that I have.
Yeah. Amazing.
And it's not about them getting good in golf, but we are very regimented in the life skills that we want them to get.
Yeah. And it's built in every lesson. It's built in every lesson. They don't know they're getting it, but they get it.
You're equipping them with something greater than golf.
Abs. Absolutely.
If you had to talk to parents who don't know about your program, right? And and and what would you say to them? Like what? Have them try have them try golf. Cuz we we started out as like a program of misfits. Kids that couldn't do golf. I mean couldn't do I'm sorry football, basketball or having uh developmental or you know behavioral issues people would bring them to for life and we would switch them like that and if you put a club in their hand
then it's just a different way of thinking and that's what it's about. get them to try it and then if they come they bring them sometimes and they like they don't want to do it because we are so regimented and we have expectations but I told I tell the parents they don't pay bills you bring them we going to make sure they get it and they bring them
and mostly
and if they don't then they missing out.
Yeah. That's amazing man. It's crazy. You know I'm I'm If you want to I wanted to ask her our usual question if you want to take the lead on that. I'm curious. She's a Miami you're a Miami girl day county girl. So, I'm curious to know
the what
the our our typical question. What?
Oh, okay. Okay. Okay.
This is this this this one's going to get you blindsided a little bit, right?
My favorite. If you had a list of your top three restaurants that you enjoy going to in Miami Day County, what are they? And you got to start with number three and work your way up.
Number three.
Number three.
All three. I'm a catch of the day. Catch it of the day. Catch it OF THE DAY.
DAMN.
CATCH OF THE DAY. Catch it of the day. Catch of the day.
Damn.
Which one? Because I'm an excellent cook and I don't eat out much, but when I do, catch it today. Catch it of the day. Catch it. I put one on Lune at 11.
Old fried stuff. I know what that is. [laughter]
DON'T GO. DON'T
DON'T I LOOK LIKE I KNOW WHAT
it ain't golf, girl. Food is my thing.
But what other stuff do you like? Like besides that? I love catching the eggs.
Are we having whole fried snapper?
Whole fried snapper. I'll do the shrimp creole. But whole fried snapper. That's it. That's my thing. Crispy flying fish, man. I know it.
What's What's the best thing you cook? Cuz I can cook a little too.
I'm a I'm I'm a soul food cook and I will dabble in other foods that I like to eat. If I like to eat it, I know how to cook it.
So, Italian feast, all of that.
Let's go.
You hear that?
There you go.
Everything though. I put my foot in it.
That's amazing.
Doesn't matter. I put my foot in it. They'll attest.
You're like my spirit animal right now. I I feel the energy. [laughter]
Yeah, you do. You bring a total vibe. A total vibe. Another question I have for you which is interesting.
What would you tell 18-year-old Paul? You can go back.
Oh wow.
Please don't ever make me go back.
But if you could
Don't ever want to go back.
Good. What would you say?
You know,
it's a good question, right?
Still always believe in what you do. Believe in what you do. And that's what's brought me this far.
You think your drive has a lot to do with your success?
Yes.
Well, you're pretty intimidated.
A lot of A lot of my success has to do with my belief in God and trust him. I don't always do it sometimes, but I try to be obedient to that word that and and the spirit that he's put in me to do what I do. I'm extremely obedient to that.
I see you have a lot of blessings for a lot of people standing. So, you're definitely on the right path.
I do.
So, are we going to catch the day? Maybe uh
on a date. I
I might be a catch of the day.
On my treat though. My treat.
You don't want to do that. [laughter] And And they make the best mojitos in LA.
Oh, we got to go to catch the day.
Put out their catch that day. We want you to invite Fort Life to your restaurant.
Look, I'm telling you, they know me at catch of the day. When I walk in, it parts. It's like, "Oh, Pita, she's here again."
That was a real pleasure. Thank you so much. Let everybody know what your IG or your handle is where they find
Okay. At forlife. Uh you can also I want you to go visit our website. You can see the amazing things that we do at forlife.org. It's f o r e l i f i nc.org. And we on Instagram is for life. same thing. Paula Pearson Tucker, you can follow us and amazing things that we do. And also, we invite you to come out, see firsthand what it is and how we do it.
I love that. I love that.
Amazing.
Give it up for Miss Paula.
Thank you all so very much.
Thank you for being on the show today. You're impressive. And I promise you that we're going to get you a catch.
Got you.
Thank you. Let's give it up about it, guys. That's amazing.
All right, we're back. We're back. Second part today here at Dick's House of Sports. I switched out the guests.
I got Juan Benito and Okita. And this is a a podcast that it's kind of like hits home for me because I'm always out here supporting local businesses. Dicks does it more than anybody that we know partnering up with some of the kids here for golf. Um me and Wang, me and you are partners on something that we're going to be talking about is tequila cans. But when I walked in here, Orita, we've seen each other before, but the juices that you make, are you a wizard?
I am.
How can they be so good?
I'll take it. I'll take it.
Scoot, scoot your mic a little bit closer to the edge of the table there.
There you go.
Tell us about Juiceful because we've talked about it here on the show. I have one here.
I think they'll get great with our tequila that we're talking about.
Yes. Go ahead and try one.
That's a mocktail.
A mojito.
Oh, cool. cocktail.
Tell everybody how Juiceville started.
We also do mocktails. Um, we started with juices because I really uh resonated when I started having a little bit of digestive problems and of course like I Googled everything and went down the rabbit hole and I said, I'm going to get myself a juicer. And that was 12 years ago. Um, so I noticed a difference immediately. Um, I said, I'm going to start doing this for myself. And I really felt so good and of course told the family about it. Before I knew it, the family had all their produce in my doorstep for me to make juices for them. So, um, it it hit home after 2020 when everybody was getting so sick. I was like, you know, let me start something here. I didn't have a a place to start. I didn't want to do it out of my house. So, uh, my father-in-law has a little pool house and he doesn't want to rent it because he doesn't like strange people in the back of his house.
That was the lab.
That was the lab. That's the deuce lab. When he said, "Come on over. You could. It's all yours." I said, "Okay, this is where we're starting." So, that was it. That was the
What was the first juice you concocted?
The first one that I concocted is the pineapple mint.
The pineapple oil.
Pineapple mint.
And what does that one have?
That one has pineapple, apple, celery, and lemon. And
no sugar. Everything is natural.
No sugar. There's no sugar in any of my juices.
And this one here, which is my favorite for that matter. No water either.
No water either. No.
So, this is all juice.
All juice. And is this vampire blood?
100%. I'm sorry.
This vampire blood. It Which one is this one? This is my favorite.
That's beets. That's called sweet beets. So, it's very good to lower your blood pressure and it's also good as a pre-workout. It helps the blood flow through your veins a lot faster. So, as a pre-workout, it's very good.
I'd rather drink this than medicine, right?
I think so. That's a lot better for me.
Wow. So, how do you are you in stores? How do how do people
um get get a hold of you?
I started Juiceful and I just started my Instagram as Juiceful. uh started putting myself out there. Uh at the same time, I joined Class Pass and I was going to a lot of different yoga studios, Pilates studios, and I said I made a lot of friends there and I was like, I'm going to bring them some juices. So, yeah.
Next thing you know, they were like, "Hey, can you do a pop-up for us?" And I was like, "Yeah, sure." So, I didn't know.
This works perfect at gyms, right? People that are health conscious.
Yes.
Do you do events and stuff too that people can find your juice?
I do. I do do events and I do farmers markets. I do the Coral Gables farmers market which is starting up next Saturday. I'll be at Coral Gables in front of City Hall. It's Merrick Park. Uh I do Kiscane. Um and in between I do a lot of pop-ups like Dicks. I mean I started here with Dicks when they first opened in February. So it'll be a year from now that we've been here. Uh at least once a month we come in.
So So the the the stores have to be I mean the stores the juices have to be hand pressed, right?
Yes. They're cold pressed. They're not pasteurized, which means you're not going to find them in Publix because they're going to last in your fridge for 5 days because
So, they do have an expiration.
They do. Now, if let's say you live far away, you don't want to be driving back and forth. You freeze them and they're going to be good for up to 3 months. You just pop them out when you're ready to drink them and they're like fresh.
But it's okay that something gets older because that's how you know it's fresh.
Yeah.
You don't want something to live forever.
You see it. If your eyes don't like it, you're not going to like it. If it starts to turn brown, don't drink it. [laughter]
I love that. I love that.
So, it should always be vibrant.
You have a juice cleanse plan?
Yes, we do have a juice cleanse plan uh where you drink six juices a day, 12 oz bottles. Every two hours, you're going to drink a juice. The first one is a celery juice, which is if you're going to drink any juice, the celery juice is really going to do a lot for you. It's going to take down your inflammation. It's going to really just do wonders for your digestion, right? Um after that you do a slim down which is your favorite uh your ginger one. Uh sunshine which is apple lemon and ginger. Uh we have a um a detox where it's a charcoal lemonade. So the charcoal is very good for taking all the free radicals out of your body. And the last one we do like a protein milk. So I make it in-house pumpkin seed milk which is very high in magnesium. A lot of people are deficient in magnesium.
I make it in house and I mix it with alkaline water. So, it just helps everything. And I mix it with Trouvani protein powder, which is a fiveingredient plant-based uh protein.
Wow. Do you have any aspirations to put them like in stores or kind of mass-produce some or no?
I do. I do. I have something like a like a mass production and maybe a little a little sore, you know? Maybe putting out something more than juice. Maybe like fruit bowls and uh
You should You should maybe try like all these local like coffee pop-ups and stuff.
Yeah, coffee pop-ups
since they're also always rotating their their stuff. I mean,
yeah,
5 days is want to get in there with a with a coffee store. Yeah.
Yeah.
Festival that I'm working on. That'll be perfect for you.
Talk about it off the air. I can announce it.
Good. Let me know.
Brenito, you're the golf guy they told me, bro.
Well, I mean, yeah, sort of. I talking about today's golf now. Going to the golf course, right? And and having a good time, then I can definitely talk about that.
Yeah. The only problem I have is with your hat. You're really a Yankee fan.
I am a Yankees fan since I was born.
I got to be completely
What do we think about that? I I that's crazy. You're in Miami. You have the the Yankees.
Am I understand?
Of course.
Yeah.
Yeah. Unfortunately, it's not unfortunate anymore, though. Hey, this is our year. Or maybe next year. But
it's always our year.
No, no, no. It's not always.
But neither. You're a Miami golfer. How did you get into the game, bro? Because I I know about it. I I help produce some golf tournaments, but I don't really play with golf, bro. Convince me, bro.
Yeah. So, taking it back to to the Yankees, right? I used to be a baseball player. So, it's an easy transition going from baseball to golf. Um, it's one that you see very common. And
where did you play baseball?
Sorry.
Where did you play baseball?
Oh, I I played baseball all throughout my life. Played baseball for 20 years. Then I also played baseball in college. I played for Stson University, the University of Miami.
Uh, I went to a couple different schools to do that. Uh, but anyways, when I got done with that, got back to Miami, I got really into golf. I even worked at a golf store for a little bit of time, and that's kind of how I got into it. It was an easy transition in terms of sports. Um,
yeah, the swing is similar,
right? The swing is similar, but dude, I'll tell you right now, this is the hardest thing you're gonna do. Okay, golf is extremely difficult. What they're doing today, that closest to the pin challenge is a really a challenge. Okay. I've been part
prize is so nice because
Right. Right. You're getting a brand new golf club.
Yeah. You're getting a nice driver, right? Um I I'll tell you what, I've been part of a golf league now for 3 years. The Kendall Golf League, they've been we've been we've been open since the 20 since 2022. We got about 36 members to this point. I think it started around with 12 members.
Wow.
Man, being a part of that of that, you know, group for four years and having won only one close to the pin. I mean, we're doing 12 tournaments a year, keeping a point system. So, I've had who knows how many chances to do what these people are doing today.
You never hit a hole in one?
No. No, man. I wish I wish had I hit a hole in one, that would be that would be the day I could be done playing golf and would be good.
There's some famous people that have hit home once, right?
Yeah. Yeah.
I think I got now, but I used to spin. I've seen a couple.
Steph Curry. No doubt. Steph Curry or Steph Curry.
That's crazy that he doesn't even play golf. Well, I guess he does, but
yeah, so this league that you have, tell me about it.
Yeah, so the Kendall Golf League, it started off just as a group of friends. Uh shout out to our commissioner, Fedico Schmidt. Um I actually met him through work when I was working at ADP. And that's kind of how everything started, right? It was a group of friends that said, "Hey, let's get together. Let's play golf once a month. uh you know see each other and spend that time together and just slowly develop our our our our you know our athletic ability and and how we play the game. Um but it was such a good it was such a good community that they started building that people wanted more of it. So they started bringing friends and I came in on year two met them through work and then slowly but surely it started growing even more. You know we got people from all walks of life. We got business owners. We got people, you know, from from ADP. We got people that live, you know, out of the country in Spain. We had a member that lived in Spain and would fly in to play those rounds with us from Spain.
So, are these like cigar smoking guys or like serious golfers?
No, this cigar smoking. We're having a good time. We're out there. We're out there with our tequilas. We're out there with our vodkas. Yeah. A little bit of Tylenol. So, yeah. Is that what you said? Tyleno?
No. Tylen.
Oh, [laughter] I thought you said Taloo. Tylenol after the drinks.
A little bit of both. Yeah. A lot. A little Talon. A lot of Tylenol.
Now, talking about drinks, we got my man Juan. Have you tried this Couture?
Yeah, absolutely. I have it ready.
One of the cans. Me and Juan, we partnered up with uh
That's good
with his uh
You're drinking passion fruit, chili, and tequila.
Tell them tell them about couture. They don't know.
Cultur 12.5% alcohol. They're all made with real juice. Uh passion fruit. We got pineapples. We got gingers. We got coconut water. Real coconut water. Um, like I said, did I say 12.5%.
12%.
It's got a good blow.
Tell them it's not
It's not a selzer. It's not a selzer, which is the most important part. They're not carbonated. Um, it's funny. We were talking about like the process for you guys. We do have to pasteurize. It's sealed in a can. Um, we nitro doze for the can stability. Um, but yeah, I mean, it's been out in the market in Florida for about a year and some now. Uh we've been just going at it with and and making it fit in places and making it aware for people to to know what they're drinking, which is nowadays very important for people. It's um it's gotten in the like the sector of alcohol and when you see some of their the statistics and stuff you see okay like alcohol consumption it's going down and stuff but realistically it's just people knowing what they're consuming
knowing clean
and they want something clean and they want something where the next day they don't wake up with a headache or where they don't have to necessarily drink 10 of these. They can just drink two and be okay with it.
Oh god. You drink one can and I think you'll be where you need to be.
I think so.
They're strong.
They are strong and it's
got a nice kick. So what you guys have there is one can. So two drinks. Yeah.
So this is equivalent to like one shot like a shot.
It's two shots. Two shots of tequila in each. Yeah. So it really I mean it gives you two drinks. The four packs that's eight drinks. You know when you're at home with people you don't want to drink or you don't want to buy passion fruit juice. You don't want to buy all these.
It's all in one. You crack it open, serve it. They won't even know it comes from a can.
Very well balanced. I feel we have like a collaboration going on with her juice.
I was thinking about it. His boys drinking it on the golf cart.
Crack one of these and pour it. Yeah. I mean, I was about to do it with this watermelon one. I think watermelon with cocoa would be
one of the people that were doing the golf tournament. They were doing it and she poured it in.
Okay. You do mocktail mock mocktails that we're having here that have no alcohol. But do you drink alcohol or
I do.
You do? So they're very they're very good to mix, right?
Yes.
Like what would be something popular like let's say with the with the watermelon one? It would be a mojito. So it would be like rum or
It would be rum if you're going to go for a mojito uh you know vibe. But um the vodka would be good with the with the ginger for like a meal.
Look at it. Maybe switch something out or new flavors you might want to
tequila for us.
Anything goes with tequila really.
We're pretty solid with the
I think we're solid with our flavors. I've been thinking about it. Yeah, I've been thinking about it and just blending and doing stuff. We have one that's not here right now. That's pineapple and ginger.
So that one's also we call it detox rettox.
It's just a funny phrase of you know, but um but yeah, I mean we're always looking to experiment. We've thought about watermelons. We've thought about just the classic lemon, you know, just a classic margarita type of thing. We haven't We don't call them margaritas
because
Oh, I like it. It doesn't have that acidity that you
feel. Yeah. And there's always a perception for margaritas.
So, even if the last one you had was the worst margarita ever made and you liked it,
tomorrow you drink this and you're like, that's not a margarita.
It's that triple sack that goes.
Yeah. It's that sweetener.
It's not muddled. It's not muddled.
Yeah. I'm This question is for all of you guys. Um, what's the toughest part about being an entrepreneur and being self employed and going for your brand? Could be
your club, your juice.
The toughest part,
the what?
The toughest part, you're saying?
Yeah. Yeah. What keeps driving you?
What keeps driving me is that I'm working for myself and at the end of the day, I'm exhausted. I'm tired. My feet hurt. But it's all me, you know, and and I have I have help cuz the family comes in. My mom presses with me. So, we spend a lot of quality time together. Um, she's my she measures for me, she preps for me, and we keep it in the family, you know. So, I love that.
Everybody gets in there and works that hard.
Exactly.
Yeah. What about you, Juan?
I mean, she said she did say, you know, you you kind of are a result in a sense, like, you know, if you worked hard that day and you sold or you did this, it was yourself, you know.
Um, I think just being an entrepreneur is
is cool to develop something and then see a person consume it or see a person appreciate it. I think that's, you know, just getting that like the appreciation for something that you work so hard on. Yeah.
Uh definitely drives like every single day you know that you can commit to selling this or to doing something for the good of another person, you know. And even if it's alcohol, like you know, you rather a person drink something clean than drink something that they don't even have any idea what
if you're going to get wasted, at least feel healthy about it.
Yeah. Yeah.
No hangovers the next day.
Yeah. What about you, Benito? You missed the game playing baseball.
Uh yeah, man. I I definitely miss the game.
You look like a young guy. I mean,
I I I still miss the game, you know, stop playing in 2021, so it hasn't been that many years. Um, but when it comes down to the KGL and the golfing and just uh being part of that community, I would say that, you know, if you like a sport, if you like something that, you know, get active, get out there, meet some people, be a part of that community, be a part of that group, that team. Um, because it does bring a lot of benefit, you know. Uh, I look forward to it. It's once a month that we get 36 grown men to get together and play a round of golf, you know, so we spend four hours with each other.
Where do you want to see your league go? or you have any aspirations of
Yeah. So, um, shout out to the board members for for the ones that
Where can they reach you? Give them a shout out.
Yeah, absolutely. Uh, go ahead on Instagram, just Kendall Golf League. You'll be able to find us. Um, I think shout out some of your boys. Shout out some of your boys.
Yeah, shout out Federico Schmidt. Shout out Robbie Orino. And
yeah, shout shout out all you boys. You know, you know who you are, Chu Pro. Um, but the reality is, thank you guys also for what you do, right? in in keeping us together and being able to put a platform where we can go out there and enjoy these drinks, right? Enjoy these.
You guys definitely for me, I do marketing and me and my buddy Ed, we're always trying to collaborate. You guys in Excel are collaboration. Well, you learn a new golf,
have his boys have a couple drinks. Maybe you can provide
Yeah. Next time you have a golf game, I'll come.
Yeah, man. That's what info and uh
It's good cuz you drink on the course and then after your course, you just get a juice and you feel great. Well, you're going to feel great regardless, but You feel great after that.
Well, Kiko, you had said something that what's the hardest part, the best part about for me anyways is community, you know, because I've met so many people through this that I would have never, you know, met if I had not relationship is the most important
and more sometimes more important than an invoice because what you're gonna gain from that and hopefully you guys
when you leave here, you do that. It's all about helping each other out and keep pushing. And I always tell my people when you're at your woods and you're exhausted and you're like, "Fuck this [ __ ] I don't want to do it." That's when you got to buckle down
and try to get to the other side. It's like digging a snow cave.
Yep.
You start seeing the light a little. You got to keep going until you see that other side.
Those days when you're like, "I don't want."
I commend all of you in whatever you do.
Um, we're going to go one by one. Aita, let everybody know where they can find you to that camera.

It's like Venezuelan Latin. Yeah, it's very
